Cinnamony Apple Bowl
Peel and core apples.
Place all ingredients in a large stock pot; bring to a simmer, and allow to cook for 30 minutes until apples have completely softened.
Once cooled, place into a blender and mix until desired consistency is reached. Serve chilled or warm with a sprinkling of additional cinnamon on top.
