Instructions
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Mash avocado; dice tomatoes and onion and add to avocado. Mix well.
Place an even amount of avocado mixture onto two tortillas; top each with second tortilla. Place each into hot skillet and cook each side until golden.
Cut each into 4 triangles; serve with salsa.
