  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened


  •  Prepare steel cut oats as directed on package.     
  • Once cooked, remove from stove, add cranberries and coconut flakes.  Stir to combine. 
  • Serve each topped off with some almond milk.
