- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 squash (4 inch dia) acorn squash
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 black pepper, ground
- 2 honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub a small amount of oil onto a baking sheet.
Slice squash into 1/2 inch rounds. Remove the seeds and place each onto prepared baking sheet. Brush each squash piece with additional olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with honey.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until tender and caramelized. Allow to cool to the touch before serving.
