Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup, chunks pineapple, canned in 100% juice

Toppings

  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, and pineapple (including juice) in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
  • Cook for 1 minute on HIGH, then stir; cook an additional 1-2 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  • Top each serving with 1/2 of a sliced banana, then sprinkle on some coconut flakes and chopped walnuts.
