- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread sauce over each tortilla, then top with an even layer of spinach and mozzarella.
Roll up tortilla and place in hot skillet, seam-side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook an additional minute.
Cool slightly then cut into pieces. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serve sliced cucumber and orange wedges on the side.
