  • 2 cup applesauce, unsweetened

Instructions

  • Place 1 ounce shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
  • Grate the carrot and zucchini very finely. Sprinkle on top of the cheese, then add a slice of turkey.
  • Place flat in a sauté pan over medium heat. When cheese begins to melt, roll up the tortilla. Cut in half if desired.
  • Serve with applesauce on the side.
