Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bacon to hot skillet and cook until crisp, flipping half-way through cooking. Allow to cool, then crumble and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey.
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces, then add to a large bowl.
Add bacon, cranberries, pecans, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, and yogurt mixture to the broccoli; toss to combine.
Spread mayonnaise over bread slices and add turkey, forming 4 sandwiches. Slice in half or into quarters if desired.
Serve sandwiches alongside broccoli salad and orange wedges.
