Peanut Butter English Muffin Sandwiches
Servings 4 1 sandwich plus 1/2 cup peas
- 2 cup green peas, frozen
- 4 medium nectarine
Toast English muffin halves in the toaster.
Spread peanut butter onto 4 muffin halves and jam onto the remaining 4; place together forming 4 sandwiches.
Warm peas according to package directions.
Serve sandwiches with peas and nectarines on the side.
