- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
The night before serving, add oats and dried cranberries to a large, sealable container (a large canning jar would work great!).
Pour juice over mixture, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, simply add nuts and serve!
