  • 2 cup pieces mango


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Dice and mash avocados. In a medium bowl, mix mashed avocados, diced onions, (thawed) corn, garlic powder, salt, and drained and rinsed black beans.
  • Cut pitas in half and carefully open. Stuff each pita half with the bean and avocado mixture. Place each pita half onto baking sheet and heat in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Add cilantro and a touch of juice by squeezing half of a lime into each pita half. Serve with diced mango, fresh or frozen. (Serving size: 1 pita, 1/2 mango)
