  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 8 slice ham, deli sliced

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 medium plum


  • Spread mustard on each tortilla.  Place 2 slices of ham on each tortilla and roll up.
  • Peel and cut carrots into sticks. Serve tortillas with carrots and plums.
