  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cup milk


  • Core and chop apples.
  • Combine the water, apple juice, and chopped apples in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat, then stir in the oats and cinnamon.
  • Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer about 3 minutes until thick.
  • Divide equally among serving bowls, then top with milk.
  • Serve immediately.
