2 cup coconut milk 2 cup oats, dry 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon honey 1 cup cranberries, dried 2 ounce coconut flakes
Add coconut milk to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add oats, salt, honey and cranberries and cook stir occasionally until oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
Divide into 6 bowls and sprinkle with coconut.
