- 1 clove garlic

- 1/2 medium lime
Serve With
- 20 cracker crackers, wheat, low salt
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion, and parsley. Juice lime.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Serve alongside crackers.
