Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 2 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium bell pepper, green
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 medium lime

Serve With

  • 20 cracker crackers, wheat, low salt

Instructions

  • Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion, and parsley. Juice lime.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Serve alongside crackers.
