Servings 4 1/2 cup oats and 1 orange
Heat water, oats, brown sugar, and pumpkin in a pot over medium heat. Cook till boiling and remain stirring for about 4-5 minutes, or until oatmeal is the texture you prefer.
Top with shelled pumpkin seeds.
Serve with sliced oranges.
