Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Place water, and oats into a pot. Turn on medium heat until water begins to boil.
  • When water boils, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Fold in frozen peaches and honey.  You can use fresh peaches of course, but if you have some frozen ones you need to use up to make room for the new harvest, they work well in this recipe!
