  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly among bread slices.
  • Place bread on center rack of oven.  Leave in long enough for the cheese to get melted and bubbly.  Approximately 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Serve with peaches.
