Servings 4 2 cups
- 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
Blend the strawberries, milk, pineapple, vanilla yogurt, sugar, wheat germ, and desired amount of ice in a blender until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
