Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ

Instructions

  • Blend the strawberries, milk, pineapple, vanilla yogurt, sugar, wheat germ, and desired amount of ice in a blender until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
