Ingredients

  • 4 serving turkey pepperoni
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 2 cup snow peas

Instructions

  • Cut out the center of the pepperoni slices with a small, heart-shaped cookie cutter. Thinly slice cheese and do the same.
  • Peel and slice kiwi.
  • Arrange all ingredients on a serving platter, or divide into 4 equal portions and place in individual containers if packing to go.
