  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
  • 5 ounce tuna, canned in water
  • 4 regular English muffin, wheat
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 medium avocado

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise with drained tuna fish.  Spoon tuna salad on an English muffin. Top with alfalfa sprouts and thin slivers of avocado. Serve with a side of strawberries.
