- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 2 medium kiwi
In a small bowl combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 teaspoon lime zest, lime juice (about 2 teaspoon), sugar, and nutmeg.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over toasted muffin halves. Top each muffin half with kiwi fruit slices.
