Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium bell pepper, orange
  • 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
  • 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists

Instructions

  • Cut open avocado, discard the pit, scoop the flesh into a small bowl, then mash with the back of a fork (or purée in a mini food processor to make it extra smooth).
  • Slice bell peppers.
  • Serve guacamole alongside pepper slices and pretzels for dipping.
