Guacamole Eggs and Toast
- 8 large egg
- 2 cup guacamole
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 2 medium mango
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
Hard boil eggs on your stove top, rinse in cold water, and peel. Cut eggs in half.
Remove and discard (or save in your fridge) the yolks of the eggs. Fill with guacamole.
Serve with toast, cubed mango and pepper sticks.
