Turkey Swiss and Grape Sandwich

- 8 slice whole wheat baguette
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss cheese
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Slice and toast baguettes.
Drizzle toasted baguette with oil. Top one slice of the baguette with cheese, lettuce, turkey, and cut up grapes. Season with pepper. Top with the second slice.
Serve with carrot sticks.
