Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor and pulse until combined. Use in cooked pasta, sandwich or wrap spreads, or toast! Store pesto in the fridge.
For Parmesan toast, slice a multi grain or whole what baguette into 1 inch thick slices. Spread with pesto and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Broil on high for about 3-4 minutes, or until bread and cheese becomes toasty. (Don't be too concerned about the calories, you won't use the whole jar on your toast!)
