Laughing Cow Calzone
- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 wedge yields Laughing Cow cheese
Smear the sauce on the muffin, top with spinach or any other calzone toppings and then place the cheese in the center.
Press in the George Foreman or a panini press. Takes about 4 minutes to melt. Serve warm with a side of apple slices or other fruit.
