Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cup water
  • 4 large egg white
  • 1 1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 tablespoon molasses

Instructions

  • Bring 2 2/3 cup water to a boil in a small pot.
  • Chop bananas and nuts.
  • Add egg whites to the water and stir, followed by the remaining ingredients.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 7 more minutes, stirring often. Add more/less liquid depending on desired consistency.
