  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts


  • Wash celery. Spread with cream cheese and cut into thirds. Top with alfalfa sprouts and serve. (Call it Pippy Longstocking or Einstein Celery to make it fun!)
