Ingredients

  • 4 medium apple
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • 3 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 2 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  • Dice apples. In a saucepan, cook apples over medium-low heat. Add the water and brown sugar. Watch closely so the sugar doesn't harden. Cook until apples are softened to your liking, then add cranberries. If the apples still need more cooking you may need to add more water.
  • In a tall glass, layer the yogurt, granola, and apples; repeating layers twice.
