- 1/4 medium onion, red
- 2 cup grapes
- 1 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar, red wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
Serve With
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 stick string cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, chop broccoli into small pieces, dice onion, and halve grapes.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, onion, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add broccoli, hot cooked pasta, and grapes to the mayonnaise mixture; stir to coat.
Cover and chill for 3 hours.
Serve cold pasta salad with cheese sticks and rolled turkey slices on the side.
