  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup, chopped kale
  • 4 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen


  • Throw all ingredients into a high-powered blender, mix until very smooth. You can also try variations of fruit and also spinach with it, too. If your children are picky about green food, blueberries may be used to cut the green color
