  • 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened


  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Thoroughly rinse quinoa, then mix together with milk in pan on stove. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
  • Serve with walnuts and blueberries on top, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon.
