- 6 cup water
- 2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup cherries, dried
- 1/4 cup raisins, seedless
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 2 medium apricot
- 1 cup, chopped pecans
Coat slow-cooker with cooking spray. In the cooker combine the water, oats, dried cherries, raisins, cinnamon and salt.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4.5-5 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with 1/2 cup yogurt, drizzle of honey and pecans.
