Creamy Baked Chicken
This tender and tasty chicken is coated in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese to lock in moisture and flavor.
Servings 4 1/2 large chicken breast, 2 cups salad
- 1 cup corn, canned
- 2 cup Brussels sprouts
- 2 cup broccoli, florets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except chicken, in a medium sized bowl. Spread over chicken and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with roasted veggies by spreading corn, sprouts, and broccoli on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 400 for 10-20 minutes.
