- 1 cup oats, dry
- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
In a glass bowl, mix together the oats and milk. Cover loosely with a paper towel, place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
When ready to serve, you may heat it or eat cold. Top each serving with walnuts, cranberries, and coconut. Enjoy!
