Ingredients

  • 3 medium pear
  • 1 medium pomegranate
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1/8 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Core and cut pears into wedges. Remove arils (seeds) from the pomegranate. Toss together along with the juice of 2 lemon wedges. Finely chop the nuts and set aside.
  • Mix together the spices, then mix with the fruit. Split among 4 dishes and top with nuts.
  • Enjoy!
