Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1/4 cup oats, dry
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 medium banana

Instructions

  • Blend flax and oats in a blender, then add milk and protein powder, blend thoroughly. Next add yogurt, spinach and cinnamon. Blend again. Finally, add bananas and blend. If desired ice can be added at this point, 1 cube at a time.
