  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk


  • Use a sharpie to draw jack-o-lantern faces on two clear plastic cups.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
  • Pour smoothie into cups and serve immediately.
