  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, pure


  • Place all pancake ingredients (oats through honey) into a blender, and mix until thoroughly blended. Then, add one banana and blend again until smooth.
  • Chop nuts, set aside.
  • Spray a large skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium.
  • Pour batter by 1/4-cupfuls onto the hot griddle; sprinkle a small amount of nuts over the top of each pancake.
  • Once pancakes are bubbly, flip and continue to cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter has been used.
  • Serve topped with slices of the remaining banana and maple syrup.
