- 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)

- 1 cup granola
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Cut mango into large chunks (if fresh). Peel and section mandarins.
Place about 1/2 cup yogurt in bowl, topped with granola and seeds.
Serve immediately with a side of mango and mandarins. Enjoy!
