Ingredients

  • 4 pita, small (4" dia) pita, whole wheat
  • 1 oz pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp (1 NLEA serving) Mustard, Dijon Style
  • 2 cup, shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup, crumbled feta cheese crumbles
  • 3 medium (3" dia) apple
  • 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
  • 1 pepper bell pepper, orange

Instructions

  • Dice pork and 1 apple,  mix together with mustard. Stuff each pita with cabbage, top with pork mixture and feta cheese. Serve with sliced peppers and more apples, sliced.
