Instructions
Slice chicken into pieces that will fit onto the rolls (one tender per roll), layer each roll with 1 kale leaf, 1/2 cup lettuce and some pepper slices and your choice of condiments. Serve with grapes and leftover veggies from the week (I had some extra peppers)
