  • 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
  • 8 jumbo black olives, canned
  • 1 cup cauliflower, florets
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat

Instructions

  • Slice peppers and place on a tray with the olives, cauliflower, and broccoli. Serve with ranch dressing. The kids can crunch away while doing their homework!
