Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cup jam, all-fruit
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat

  • Spread almond butter onto 4 slices of bread, then top with almonds. Spread the jam onto the remaining 4 slices of bread, then place together with the almond-covered slices, forming 4 sandwiches. Cut into a fun shape if desired.
  • Heat edamame in the microwave according to package directions, just until thawed (approximately 3 minutes).
  • Serve sandwiches with raw green beans, edamame, and grapes on the side.
