- 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) celery
- 1 can tuna, canned in water
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise, light
- 4 bagel bagel, wheat
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) tomato, red
- 1/4 fruit pineapple
- 2 cup (not packed) COTTAGE CHEESE, LOWFAT
Chop celery and slice tomatoes.
Drain tuna, mix in with mayonnaise and chopped celery. Top bagel with tuna, lettuce, slice of tomato.
Serve with cottage cheese topped with chopped pineapple.
