Ingredients

  • 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) celery
  • 1 can tuna, canned in water
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise, light
  • 4 bagel bagel, wheat
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) tomato, red
  • 1/4 fruit pineapple
  • 2 cup (not packed) COTTAGE CHEESE, LOWFAT

Instructions

  • Chop celery and slice tomatoes.
  • Drain tuna, mix in with mayonnaise and chopped celery. Top bagel with tuna, lettuce, slice of tomato.
  • Serve with cottage cheese topped with chopped pineapple.
