- 4 oz colby cheese
- 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) tangerine (mandarin orange)
Dice pepper, cucumber, and green onion.
Spread hummus inside pita, fill with diced veggies, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes.
Slice cheese, and serve with tangerines and cheese.
