Rinse and dry spinach and kale. Juice 1/4 of a lemon.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, spinach, and kale, to a high powered blender and blend thoroughly.
Add bananas (can be frozen if desired) to the blender and blend again until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency is reached.
