Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 medium pear
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon ginger, ground

Instructions

  • Peel lemon and banana. Slice pears and remove the core sections; peel as well if desired.
  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add additional juice or water if needed until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with a lemon wedge, banana slice, and/or cilantro leaf.
