Instructions
Add 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup frozen berries to each of 4 containers (mason jars work well). Mix well, cover, and allow to sit in the refrigerator over night, allowing berries to thaw and natural juices to mix with the yogurt.
Serve topped with a sprinkle of wheat germ.
